Chuck Knowles brings nearly three decades of experience in law enforcement, having served with distinction across a range of agencies—from local city departments to federal government service. Throughout his career, Chuck has worked under both exceptional leaders and those striving to improve, giving him a deep appreciation for the impact of leadership and communication at every level.
With a special passion for those who serve—military, police, fire, EMS, and medical teams—Chuck is dedicated to helping good leaders grow into great ones. As a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team, he delivers high-impact leadership and communication development through individual and group coaching, keynote speaking, and tailored training sessions. His approach blends real-world experience with timeless leadership and communication principles from one of the world’s foremost authorities on the subject.
Chuck has been happily married to his wife, Chanel, for 33 years. Together, they are proud parents of three adult children: Andrew (23), Alyssa (21), and Ashley (19).
